Electronic Transactions, Records and Signatures Consent and Policy (ESIGN)

Please read the following information carefully.

INTRODUCTION

In order for you to apply for and, if approved, receive a lease from Moto Holding, LLC (“MotoLease”), you need to consent (1) to receive any lease agreement, all legally required disclosures, notices (including privacy notices), and other information (together, the "Electronic Records") in electronic form (either by e-mail or via the Internet) and (2) to use "Electronic Signatures" for entering into any lease agreement with MotoLease. Before you can consent as described above, MotoLease is required by law to provide you with certain information and disclosures about the use of the Electronic Records. This Statement on Use of Electronic Records ("Statement") is intended to provide you with such information and disclosures. You agree that all communications and disclosures that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements that the communications and disclosures be in writing. By clicking “I Agree” and submitting your application, you consent to receive Electronic Records.

YOUR RIGHT TO RECEIVE PAPER COPIES

You may receive paper copies of any of the Electronic Records by printing or downloading such Electronic Records directly to your computer, or by written request, with specific details of the Electronic Records you want, mailed to MotoLease, Attn: Electronic Records Request, 5200 W Century Blvd. Ste 750, Los Angeles, CA 90045. Please enclose your name, the home address we have on record for you, and your mailing address, if different. Paper copies of the requested Electronic Records will then be provided at a reasonable fee to cover the cost of printing and mailing these Electronic Records.

WITHDRAWING CONSENT; UPDATING YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION

You may withdraw your consent to continue receiving Electronic Records at any time after your lease is executed, by contacting us at (833) 763-2460. Please inform us when your contact information changes so we always have your latest email address and other contact information.

SCOPE OF YOUR CONSENT

Your consent applies to (1) all Electronic Records related to this lease request and transaction, if you receive a lease from MotoLease, and (2) all Electronic Records related to servicing your lease, including but not limited to privacy and collection notices.

HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

You understand that you will need to have access to certain hardware and software, such as Internet access, a relatively recent version of PDF software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader), the ability to print, e-mail access, and a relatively recent version of a web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox or Chrome) in order to access and retain the communications and disclosures electronically. By clicking “I Agree”, you acknowledge that you have the ability to access and retain PDF files. Subject to our documentation retention policies, you have the right to withdraw your consent and/or receive any of the legally required disclosures we have given to you in paper form, but we may charge you a reasonable fee to cover the cost of printing and mailing these Electronic Records. You may also print Electronic Records if you have a printer and appropriate computer hardware and software for printing pages viewed by your web browser.
